Successfully completing a real estate transaction requires several different service providers to operate simultaneously and in smooth co-ordination. There are enough "pitfalls" to buying & selling a home without having to deal with an inexperienced or untrustworthy service provider.
Listed below are vendors that I have enjoyed knowing and working with, many for more than 10 years! These folks are not simply vendors that paid money to be listed here, rather, they are providers that I have come to trust after completing hundreds of real estate transactions. They may or may not be the fastest, but usually are. They may or may not be the cheapest, but, do you really want the "cheapest"? Attorney An attorney will be required to close the transaction - it is recommended that an attorney be contacted ahead of time to obtain appropriate paperwork (contracts, etc.) and to review the Purchase Agreement.
